Who Else Wants to Melt Body Fat Away with Kettle bells

If you've spent years working out in doors with common strength training aparatus (bar bells/dumbells etc), you'll find kettlebells a really alternative change. As this can all be moved outdoors really simply. So, grab a few kettle bells and away you go. Wow, even carrying them outdoors (likefarmers walk) could be counted as a build up to or part of your training session.
Personally I've done sessions in the back yard, at the local football field even outside at my place of work on break times. They're so simple to take about with you, you can always have one in the trunk of your carvan for an automatic training session any time you want.

Why do you people workout with kettle bells? I workout to compliment my sports abilities and also melt fat and the kettlebell gives me an interesting alternative to other forms of cardio as well as dimensions in my physical conditioning that usual aparatus doesn't usually give.
As well, my aim is the development of usable strength that will let me to perform greater in everything from everyday life to sport.
Here is my kettle bell Circuit for blasting away your spare tyre
Using a single kettlebell of your availablity and ability the following routine can be done in a circuit format wherever you happen to be
(20) 1 Single Arm Swings (10 L & R)
(20) Single Hand Cleans (10 L & R)
(20) Shoulder Presses (10 left&right)
(20) Hand to Hand swingSwings
(20) Single Arm Bent over Rows ((10 left&right)
(10) Windmills (5 left&right)
Begin with 60 second active rest between each set and diminish accordingly as you get fitter and aim to do the entire program 2-4 times through.
As a rule the circuit should take you less than 30 mins and will melt fat long after you end the circuit. Go slow enough until you can handle the size of the kettle bell sufficiently.
